Terms of participation for NYMLC 2026.
Registration
Registration is confirmed only after your payment is verified by our team. Registration numbers and seats are assigned on approval and are non-transferable.
Payments & refunds
Fees are payable in PKR via the listed methods. Registrations are generally non-refundable; genuine disputes are handled case-by-case by the organising committee.
Competitions
Research, poster and product entries must be original work. Poster teams may include up to 5 members. Judges’ decisions are final.
Conduct
Delegates are expected to behave professionally. The organisers may refuse entry or remove anyone acting disruptively, without refund.
Media & liability
Photography and video may be captured at the event and used for promotion. MEDWEB is not liable for personal loss or injury on the premises. Questions: connect@medweb.pk.
